  SPRING BALL REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN!!!

If you are registering three children at the same time, read the instructions under "News Headlines" below.  

To register online, you will need your pediatrician's name and phone number as well as your health insurance ID number and credit card number.  Please have this information ready when you begin.  If you take too long to complete the registration screens, the website may "time you out" and registration will not be completed.  You should receive a confirmation screen after submitting your credit card information.
